The holidays are here, and for many people this means more parties, more sweets and more indulgence. This can be the hardest time of the year to stay on track with your wellness goals and it can be especially overwhelming and difficult to navigate all the catered dinners, unlimited desserts and alcohol flowing at everyone's party. Don't let all your hard work go out the window, there are many ways that you can enjoy the holidays without completely sabotaging your health goals.

  • Eat as healthy as you can for the meals that you have complete control over typically breakfast and lunch, a healthy wholesome breakfast like oatmeal with berries or scrambled eggs with avocado and sprouted toast and a lunch filled with vegetables and lean proteins. 

  • Be active for at least 30 minutes a day, you can incorporate exercise into your day at the office, squats, walks during lunch, or chair yoga.

  • Eat a snack before you go to a holiday party, that way you won't show up starving and over...
