Why Not?






My coaching is based on the following principles:

  • Knowledge-  The medical system is tainted by pharmaceutical companies and people need access to all information when it comes to degenerative disease. I share knowledge about nutrition versus some medications so that they have the freedom to choose what they feel is best approach for their bodies. Education is power and I teach people on how to decipher the myths from facts when it comes to healthy eating.

  • Bio-Individuality- Helping people to understand that one person’s food may be another person’s poison. Taking into account everything that makes you, you. Primary foods; career, relationships, finances and spiritual connection have an effect on us and our health, just as much as secondary food; grains, protein, vegetables and fruits do. When our bodies are fueled properly, we are better equipped to take on the world and the roles that we play in it.

  • Whole Foods- We have gotten away from the basics as a culture and convenience has replaced quality. Dieting pills and potions are a billion dollar industry. We really are what we eat and most of us are more concerned with the gas we put in our cars that the food we put into our bodies. Eating real, live, organic whole food is the answer to many of today’s health issues.  I mean seriously, when is the last time you saw a commercial for mangoes or spinach?

  • Spiritual awareness- Having a healthy mind is just as important as having a healthy body.  Understanding your place in the world and your purpose. I will show you how to stay connected to the universe and nature through a spiritual practice incorporating gratitude, meditation and deep breathing exercises.

  • Sensuality and Desire - Tuning into your body and your cycle. Learning about how to care for her, honor her and play with her. Learning how to create a safe space to explore your wants in and out of the bedroom, express your deepest desires and own your voice.

I received my training from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York, NY, USA, where I studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts, including Dr. Andrew Weil, Dr. Deepak Chopra, Dr. David Katz, Dr. Walter Willett, Dr. Mark Hyman, Dr. Alexandro Junger, Dr. John Douillard, Dr. Liz Lipski, Dr. Josh Axe, Donna Gates, and many other leading researchers and nutrition authorities. 

My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and women's health.  Drawing on my background, training, skills, and life experiences, I support my clients spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically through my business Why Not Wellness. These suggestions are determined through the consideration of how their relationship with food, and other areas of their lives, impact their well-being.  The ultimate goal is for them to establish their own unique wellness path/plan using the tools provided from my education and with the understanding that their healing process is self-driven and does not replace medical advice from medical doctor.
